1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GameplayZone, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; we will revise the "last updated" date above, and your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Eligibility
The Site is intended for users aged 13 and older. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising minors who use the Site. If you are using the Site on behalf of a minor, you accept these Terms on their behalf.
3. User Accounts
Creating an account is optional — most games can be played without one. - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other users' accounts, or our systems;
- Interfere with, disrupt, overload, or attack the Site or its infrastructure;
- Reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or redistribute our games, code, or content except as permitted by law;
- Upload or transmit malicious code, or use the Site for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose;
- Harass other users or post content that is illegal, hateful, or infringing.
We may remove content, reset scores obtained through cheating, and suspend or ban users who breach this section.
5. Tokens, Shop Purchases & No-Refund Policy
GameplayZone tokens are a virtual in-game currency with no monetary value outside the Site. Tokens may be earned for free through gameplay and daily logins, or purchased via the in-site Shop. Tokens and in-game items are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use within the Site; they are not your property and cannot be exchanged for cash.
If you believe a charge occurred in error due to a technical fault on our side, contact us at games4.playzone@gmail.com and we will investigate on a case-by-case basis. We do not guarantee a remedy but will always review in good faith. We may change token pricing, availability, or the items offered in the Shop at any time.
6. Intellectual Property
All games, artwork, code, logos, text, and other content on the Site are the property of GameplayZone or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and play the games for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.
7. Advertising & Third-Party Services
The Site is supported by advertising, including Google AdSense, and uses third-party services for hosting, analytics, and accounts. These services may collect data under their own privacy policies, as described in our Privacy Policy. Ads and any third-party links are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of third-party sites.
8. Disclaimers
The Site and all games are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of bugs, or that scores and data will always be preserved. You use the Site at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GameplayZone and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, scores, tokens, or profits, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GameplayZone and its team from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or your account at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Site. You may stop using the Site at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of our place of operation, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
