Bloom Valley is the farm sim I wanted to leave running in a background tab. It respects your time: crops keep maturing while the tab is closed, the game auto-saves after every action, and a twelve-hour offline catch-up means you return to a "while you were away" harvest instead of a withered field. But there is real depth under the calm — a full production economy, stacking crop mutations worth hunting, season-locked crops, and a farm layout that is entirely yours to redesign.
Grow 36 different plants across five rarity tiers. Carrots ripen in a couple of minutes; legendaries like Crystal Fruit, Golden Apple and Void Bloom take hours. One in-game day is about ten real minutes.
Giant, Golden, Prismatic, Ancient and Rainbow can pop any time; Dewdrop, Frozen, Electric and Aurora only appear in rain, frost, storms and at night. Up to three stack on one crop, and their multipliers multiply together.
Six workshops — Windmill, Feed Mixer, Jam Kitchen, Bakery, Dairy and Textile Shed — turn raw crops into flour, bread, jam, cheese, cloth and more. Jobs finish on a timer, even while you're away.
Raise chickens, cows, bees and sheep for eggs, milk, honey and wool, then fill orders across three channels — the Market Stall, Delivery Van and Festival Ship — for bonus coins and tokens.
Drop 5×3 fields anywhere on the grass, place eight kinds of decoration, and pick up and move your buildings. Hire farmhands who actually walk the field, water beds, haul the wheelbarrow and tend the hives.
Spring, summer, autumn and winter each run ten days and shift growth speed, prices and mutation odds. Six weather types roll through, plus season-exclusive crops and a weekly festival.
The core loop is three taps. Open the Seeds tab, pick a seed you can afford, and tap an empty plot to plant it. Tap again to water it — watered crops grow, dry ones stall — and tap once more when it's ripe to harvest for coins and XP. A quiet, learn-by-doing tutorial guides your first harvest, and you can replay it any time from the pause menu.
From there the farm opens up as your farmer level rises: early levels unlock new crops and upgrades, animals start arriving around level three, and workshops, the greenhouse and expansion fields come online through the single digits. There's no hard level cap. Every fifth level hands you a star token, a Garden Snail joins at level 5 to auto-water for you, and a Honey Bee at level 10 lifts your mutation chances.
Star tokens, earned from quests, orders and level-ups, buy pets, boosters and a seasonal pass in the token shop — or save toward a prestige reset that trades your progress for permanent perks and two exclusive crops, Void Bloom and Star Wheat.
